Bob Quintana has lived the American Dream. A first-generation American, he was born to Cuban-immigrant parents who fled communism and rebuilt their lives in the United States with little more than determination and faith. They passed on values that still guide him today: integrity, commitment, responsibility, loyalty, and accountability.
After graduating from college, Bob began his career in sales with a Fortune 500 company in Midtown Manhattan. His natural ability to connect with people quickly made him a top performer. From there, he moved into executive search, where he again excelled—until a moment of failure, when his temper cost him his job. That turning point taught him that talent alone is never enough; true leadership requires character and self-mastery.
Over the next three decades, Bob applied those lessons while building, leading, training, and advising organizations of every size. He partnered with Tony Robbins for over 14 years, where he became the #1 global franchise partner. He went on to launch and scale a green-energy company from startup to more than $330 million in annual revenue, over 1 million customers, and 70,000 independent reps—culminating in a successful IPO and acquisition by a Fortune 500 energy giant.
Bob has advised many Fortune 500 companies including JP Morgan Chase, Ford, Morgan Stanley, Cisco, Carnival Cruise Lines, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Comcast, and Prudential. He has also guided Founders, CEOs and senior executives of startup technology companies to valuations between $150 million and $1 billion.
Today, Bob is the author of Enlightened Entrepreneurship, host of a leadership podcast, and a trusted advisor helping executives and founders apply his frameworks to scale their organizations based on Core Guiding Principles and a proven system. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Unstoppable Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides education, healthcare, nutrition, and leadership training to communities in sub-Saharan Africa.
